October 2025 update
Wow – Kroger has Butterball turkey bacon on sale for 10¢ per slice, and real bacon on sale for a cost of $20 per slice. Buy two packages of Bar S bacon ($3.99 each) and get $5.25 off.

Eggs prices are back down this fall (2025) to around $2.99 for 18. I just can’t keep updating the pictures. Reduce the prices above. You’ll still get the point.
32¢ – for 2 eggs*
20¢ – 2 slices turkey bacon ($2.34 Butterball)
49¢ – yogurt cup (full price at Walmart)
20¢ – 2 tomato slices
24¢ – 12 oz. glass of milk (or grapefruit juice for 30¢, or OJ for 18¢)**
35¢ – 1/2 grapefruit (on sale)
3¢ – bread

Orange juice varies – especially when there’s a weather problem. In October of 2025, Walmart’s cheapest orange drink (Sunny D) was 18¢ for a 6 oz. glass. Add 6 oz. of water and you get a 12 0z. serving of OJ.
The glass is in the photos is a 12 oz. glass (all I had), or 8 oz. @32¢ (with 8 oz. extra water).
**I cut my juice in half with water to reduce calories and sugar. Generic or Ocean Spray with the normal 60¢ coupon, then half a glass of juice and half a glass of water.
