Egg prices vary wildly due to the Avian flu. Kroger had them on sale for $1.99 for Kroger loyalty customers.
Lidl has a rotating sale of sausages for $1.99 (14 per pack) and French toast sticks for $2 (20 per box).
Kroger had the hash browns on sale for $1.99 per bag (10 per bag). I priced two toaster pancakes and syrup at 45¢.
I priced the sausage, egg and cheese sandwich using a 17¢ English muffin price from Lidl (I didn’t have one for the pic) and two small sausage rounds I bought for 30¢ each at Kroger (I combined them into one patty). The cheese slice and oatmeal were 18¢ and 14¢, respectively. I priced grits at 18¢ per serving.
UPDATE: Publix had Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches on sale BOGO. That brings down the price in the picture above (sandwich, oatmeal, milk) to only $1.22!
Kroger had orange juice on sale for $3.00 per half gallon, and they regularly send me a 45¢ coupon. I have a 16 oz. glass pictured in two pics and a 12 oz. in the sandwich pic. I cut my OJ in half with water to reduce the calories, sugar and cost, so it’s 6 oz. of juice at 4¢ an ounce or 24¢ a glass.
Instant coffee at Walmart was 5¢ per cup.
